5 Tips for Madrid

  1. Take a taxi to your hotel/accommodation when leaving airport/going to. Price is fixed, 30 €.
  2. Use metro as a transportation mean in the city. It’s clean and when combining different lines, metros are coordinated so you won’t be waiting for the connecting one for a long time.
  3. Try chocolate con churros, the most famous ones are at San Gines (Pasaje San Gines 5)
  4. Go to Chueca and Los Austrias for tapas. They’re better then ones in strict city center 😉
  5. Don’t eat paella in Calle de Atocha, it is great but more expensive than in other places.
